We provide sample forms, explain the purpose of each form in a clear and concise way, show the participant how to correctly fill out each form and hold a Q&A session to answer any lingering confusion.

We also explain how unpaid contractors may still sue to collect payment due them even if they have failed to use the aforementioned payment rights.
